I take this opportunity to congratulate Capt Ankisha Awasthi for all her accomplishments, both professionally and personally. I have known Ankisha Awasthi for close to a year in the capacity of Director of operations. It was Oct 2012 when Ankisha joined our project in the global Aviation IT market. She carried a commercial pilot license and completed her Bachelor of computer application. Her enthusiastic and positive attitude towards learning and taking up challenges made her a great fit for our project.
She was an asset to the project since she had both functional and technical skill set required for the work. As her Technical Team Lead I have been responsible for supervising her assignments and I have seen her grow from a new joiner to an experienced member of the team. She has displayed her talent at many occasions and I’ve always been impressed by her diligence and work ethics. Beginning her association with the project as a Business analyst she worked hard to earn the stature of the sole person in the team responsible for one the most complex systems of Aviation web products, solutions and Aviation internet marketing

Ankisha came with dreams of high success and is always willing to work hard and luckily for AeroSoft Corp we recognize that Ankisha possesses all of the necessary qualities to succeed. She has always been more than willing to go an extra mile to meet her commitments at work. When the project deadlines were tight, she never backed down from stretching herself to meet them. We have closely watched her develop into a responsible senior member of the team with a desire to stay at the top of all project needs. She consistently offered a fresh perspective and several creative approaches when the project was in crisis.
She is open to all kinds of suggestions and changes in work environment, in addition to that she has been instrumental in coping up with the demanding timelines and trends in the industry. She has been an outstanding individual with a strong character. She has the ability to produce impressive results in a wide variety of areas. I have seen astonishing results on complex projects that offered great attention to detail where quality was never compromised. Additionally, she has a very positive attitude and truly embraces learning all there is to know about in web development and the how to apply domain knowledge in software development.
Ankisha is very diligent in paying attention to details, easily reachable, and always on time. She is not only an asset to our Team; she is also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. She has provided various functional training to peers and other project teams in her areas of expertise. She was able to work cooperatively and productively with people from other project teams whenever it was required of her to do so. Apart from delivering her regular assignments, she has also been actively mentoring new members joining our team as and when required.
Besides being a joy to work with, she is able to successfully complete multiple tasks with favorable results despite deadline pressure. Her strong moral fiber and character makes her a right choice to any assignment. She is a trustworthy individual and would be an excellent candidate for your Master’s program.
